Gail Morris was Monarch Butterfly Fund member from 2013-2023 serving as Vice Chair. She is the Coordinator of the Southwest Monarch Study, a Community Science research project, based in Arizona and the Vice President of the Central Arizona Butterfly Association. Gail also contributes a western monarch update as a weekly feature in Journey North during the spring and fall migration. She has been active in monarch conservation and training Citizen Scientists around the Southwest United States since 2006.
