As monarchs are reaching their overwintering homes in Mexico, we bring you the latest news from the region, from Estela Romero’s first update on the monarch colonies’ formation to Alternare’s reforestation and sustainable development projects and international recognition. We also share updates on tri-national conservation planning meetings that took place this past summer and progress reports on several ongoing forest health and monitoring projects.
